Summary. The Summary report displays the lifetime metrics for your widget. This report includes the total number of Views, Unique Visitors and Installs from the time that your widget was first viewed to present.
Views. Our Views report shows the number of views by domain that your widget has received. A View is counted each time a widget is requested.
Unique Visitors. This report shows the number of Unique Visitors who have viewed your widget. This report helps you analyze on which domains your widget is being viewed and the size of the audience by domain that is viewing your widget.
Viral Hubs. The Viral Hubs report shows the number of times that your widget has been grabbed. We report this data by domain so that you can analyze where your widget is spreading from and quantitatively measure its virality.
New Installs. The New Installs report shows the number of new widget installs that have been created for your widget. We report this data by domain so that you can analyze where your widget is spreading to and quantitatively measure new activity.
Active Installs. The Active Installs report shows the number of widget installs viewed by day for your widget. This report helps you analyze your widget to understand where your install base is growing and on which domains your widget is most actively being viewed.
Desktop. The Desktop report displays the number of New and Active Desktop Installs for your widget. This report helps you analyze which Desktop Platforms your widget is being installed on and how often your widget is being loaded by day.
Interactions. This report helps you analyze how visitors are engaging with your widget. This report includes metrics that quantitatively measure how much time visitors are spending viewing and interacting with your widget and the percentage of views where an interaction occurred.
Clicks. The Clicks report displays how visitors interact with your widget. Metrics on this report include the number of clicks and time spent by domain for your widget. A click is counted each time visitor clicks on the widget. Time Spent is calculated from the time a widget loads on the page until the visitor navigates away from the widget or closes their browser.
Sharing Menu. The Sharing Menu report displays the number of Views to the Launchpad sharing menus for your widget. This report helps you analyze which sharing options visitors are viewing for your widget.
Geographic. The Geographic report displays widget views by continent, country, state and region. Clearspring allows you to analyze where your widget is being viewed across any selected time span.
Computer Information. The Computer Information report displays the number of widget views per day by operating system, browser type, and Flash version.
Live Traffic Profile. The Live Traffic Profile report displays the number of unique visitors who have viewed your widget and their total views. The report is broken down hour-by-hour, for the most recent 48 hours.
Clickthroughs. This report shows the number of clickthroughs for your widget by outbound URL. A clickthrough is counted each time a unique visitor clicks on an outbound link on the widget. By using Clearspring's Tracking API to identify your outbound links, this report offers the ability to capture the full URL path for where visitors click through to from your widget.
Custom Events. This report displays the number of events by domain that a custom event-enabled widget has received. A custom event is a key defined by the widget creator, used in conjunction with Clearspring's Tracking API, to define a widget specific user interaction and provides the ability to view events by a specific event key by domain.
