Clearspring is seeking an energetic and talented professional to serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and partnerships related to the Clearspring platform. The Technical Account Manager will have overall accountability for overseeing product implementation and ongoing operations including coordinating the on-boarding process, setting customer expectations, and conduction formal account reviews to ensure appropriate objectives are being achieved.

The Technical Account Manager is a high impact position within the Clearspring team, ensuring that strategic accounts are leveraged to their fullest extent and make significant contributions to Clearspring's efforts in maintaining our position as the leader in world-wide widget syndication.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to gain a complete understanding of client objectives, structure, key stakeholders and other key information
  • Lead all implementation efforts for strategic accounts, including the coordination of Clearspring and client resources, people, and schedules.
  • Serve as the point person on technical issues related to first implementation, roll-out, and post-implementation deployment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients
  • Develop and maintain deep business relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts throughout the lifetime of the engagement
  • Maintain consistent communication with strategic client and identify clients in need of additional training, brainstorming and development.
  • Document client activity within the tracking/ticketing system
  • Maintain frequent and open communications with Product and Engineering groups to leverage client feedback to develop and improve Best Practices, products/features, key metrics/benchmarks

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years in Account Management or similar role, providing implementation and support for Web-based software
  • Hands on experience with web design and/or web development technologies such as Java, Web services, HTML/DHMTL, Javascript and Flash
  • Proven ability to manage implementations/projects involving internal, client, and 3rd party stakeholders
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player, dependable and motivated self-starter who is adaptive to change and tight deadlines
