Hooman Radfar Hooman Radfar, CEO & Co-founder

Hooman actively drives platform marketing and strategy initiatives at Clearspring. He was recently named one of Tech's Best Entrepreneurs in BusinessWeek and was nominated for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. When he is not busy building a better web, you can find him writing his blog Widgify. Radfar graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Economics and Computer Science. He holds an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University where he researched Social Networking Theory.


Jay Rappaport Jay Rappaport, President and COO

Jay brings years of Internet experience to Clearspring through prior roles in both large and small Internet focused companies. Prior to Clearspring, Jay was President of Vonage and COO of the America Online Service. At Clearspring, Jay is focused on scaling operations, overseeing new partnerships with media, marketing companies and the developer community to enable Clearspring to effectively deliver new services to the mass market.


Stewart Allen Stewart Allen, CTO

Stewart leads platform development efforts at Clearspring and is responsible for Clearspring's platform design and implementation. He has been an early or founding member, of six technology start-ups. Most recently, he was CTO and VP Engineering at WebMethods. His work has led to the foundational web standards such as XML-RPC and SOAP, laying the groundwork for Web 2.0.


Joel Pulliam Joel Pulliam, VP Product Development

Joel contributes years of product experience to Clearspring, having managed dozens of products used by millions of consumers and businesses for AOL, MCI and IBM. Joel was most recently Vice President of Product Marketing at AOL, where he was responsible for a varied portfolio of products. In a prior life, Joel was part of the Bechtel engineering team that designed and built the last nuclear power plant commissioned in the US.


Scott Cosby Scott Cosby, VP Engineering & Operations

Scott came to Clearspring from IBM and leads Clearspring's engineering and operational teams in delivering innovative products into our production environment. He is an experienced software executive with a successful record of implementing new strategies and driving execution across global business operations. He has over 15 years of proven achievements in product-driven software businesses (commercial and open source), and software consulting services.


Austin Fath Austin Fath, Co-founder

Austin leads new technology and integration initiatives at Clearspring He is an expert in software architectures and invested the last three years developing the expertise that serves as a basis for the Clearspring platform. Austin holds three undergraduate degrees in engineering from Duke University, and an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
